Xelerance releases Openswan-2.4.11

This is a minor bugfix release.

Openswan 2.4.x is in maintenance mode only. We strongly recommend people to
switch to openswan 2.5.x trees for their development.

As always, the GPG signed source code is available via web and ftp:
