I agree and give them a plus for walking consumers through the problem, guess they figure it's cheaper to help than not.

Much better solution than shutting down everyone else's ports to mask the problem.

This is a policy that I wish EVERY ISP would adopt -- especially schools and universities! This would sure help limit the spread of these contaminants and help reduce the bogus traffic the Internet is now flooded with.
