[Dshieldannounce] Web server problem

Yesterday, I upgraded our web server, and broke https in the
process :-( (yes, I did try it on a dev system first).

As a result, the https server has been down and you received 
errors trying to login. Right now, I changed the login link
to the non-https server until things are stable again.
