[FW-1] Accounting incorrect?

Hi all
My company has a leasedline 64K. I install CPFW1 FP3 and i want to estimate
download size and who downloaded.
Here my rule:

 src         des     service       act       track

[EMAIL PROTECTED]     any     http,ftp   User Auth   account

Problems:
1) I have to authenticate twice or more when browsing website
2) I cant know loggin user. Smart tracker doesn't be logged him
3)When a connection drop anormal,transfer bytes doesn't be logged

Pls help me
