I believe the product you're referring to is System Compliance Profiler.  According to the readme.txt for SCP, it only provides scanning and reporting, and they specifically suggest using a 3rd party tool to deploy patches.  I'm considering using it to supplement HFNetChk Pro.

It is my understanding that McAfee has an "add on application" to their E Policy Orchestrator product (EPO) called Microsoft Patch Profiler. We are going to be implementing EPO into our network soon and am curious about anyones experience with the Microsoft Patch Profiler.
