I think what you’re referring to is called System Compliance Profiler.  I have not added it to my ePolicy server, but from studying the documentation, all it can do is poll your networked machines for patch compliance and generate reports.  No patch-pushing capabilities are included.

It is my understanding that McAfee has an "add on application" to their E Policy Orchestrator product (EPO) called Microsoft Patch Profiler. We are going to be implementing EPO into our network soon and am curious about anyones experience with the Microsoft Patch Profiler.
