I am seeing this with some of our Dell Windows 2000 machines. We have not
experienced it with Windows XP or Server 2003. There are probably other
ways to fix the problem but what I have done is start the machine in safe
mode, run chkdsk /f /r, you will get an error message if the volume is in
use by another process. It will prompt you to check the volume the next
time the system restarts, respond yes (y) and reboot the machine. It is not
a quick process but it has fixed my machines that have blue screened with
this error message after the patch install. Hope this helps...

We have experienced a error message after applying the patch while rebooting
the machine, the error seems prompt "NTOSKRNL.EXE" can't be loaded. Any
experiences???
