And what if MS re-releases the patch and leaves the download URL and patch
name the same? May be I am missing something here, but it seems that caching
anything from MS would be dangerous since you might think you are getting
the right file and in reality you would be getting the old one... I have
seen MS quietly re-released the patches in the past...
