Thanks for all the pointer guys.

The only reason for the Win32 requirement was purely to enable simple
protocol scanning for the engineers here who mostly use Win32 on their
desktops. Primarily this is to assist in proving that ISP protocol
filtering is taking place as the majority of ISP technicians are not
aware of what their back bone is or is not permitting but eventually to
aid in protocol scanning.

Any ex Exodus/CW guys on here?
