Yes.

The History Channel has recently been running trailers using a montage of 
Bush & Blair with a commentary pointing out how easy it is to get people to 
fall into line by claiming that they're at risk of attack. The words of the 
commentary are an apparently accurate English transcript of words spoken by 
Goering at the Nuremburg trial.
