I heard the same interview.  If, as is claimed, senior politicians are
intelligent people who have insights and capabilities the rest of us
cannot get close to, I'd hate to hear how incoherent a junior politician
sounds.  But that aside, 250 million patient contacts per year (if by
operation he meant transaction) doesn't seem totally unreasonable: it's
certainly not an order of magnitude out.
