Now to something completely different. Somehow a few hundred MB of 
quintessential surveillance doquments found their way to the net via an 
informal chaos/computing/cypherpunk/ camp meeting near Berlin in August.

The q/collection contains the latest available ICAO and ISO standards 
doquments concerning biometrics in RFIDs in EU passports.
