Most of the OT threads thrown up in ukcrypto would fit on Yaman Akdeniz's existing cyber-rights list, and/or the new ID cards list.
One small point: the cyber-rights list is much more "public" than this one. I know that journalists use it for source material, for example. That might be good, or bad; but it's certainly "different".
