Not usually the problem.
Interest is more in the line of what drug it was you had 17 years ago that 
didn't suit you in some partly specified way.

Usually people remember or have with them (just beside their trailing outflung 
hand even) the recent medicine and events, and if there is doubt and hurry 
then the phone works well.

The purpose of the records comes in later, as far  as their purpose is 
retrieving forgotten information or testing assertions of perfect memory.
